Meet Ann Marie DiStasi
Hi! My name is Ann Marie and I started Divine Timing Creative, LLC in 2019 to kickstart my freelance career in video production, acting, comedy, and writing. In 2017, I graduated from The University of Tampa with my Bachelor's in the Art of Communication with a concentration in Screenwriting and Production. Since then, I have over 7 years of experience working on Live Events and TV sets as a Production Manager, Assistant, Coordinator, Stagehand, and more. My background is rooted in the hospitality industry which gave me the stepping stones to create strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
Comedy & Acting
My acting experience ranges from on screen to on stage, scripted to improv. In 2019 I took the stage for the first time to do Stand-Up Comedy and have since won multiple roast battles, hosted shows like Don't Tell Comedy, and helped find talent and fill seats for local showcases. I have also taken classes through the Second City in Chicago to hone my joke writing and storytelling skills. In addition, I starred in my first live black box theater play, "The End of the World: New York 2098" produced by Talon Entertainment.
Voice Over
Early 2024 began my journey with Voice Acting. I have taken voice coaching lessons through Such A Voice and built my own Home Studio with professional recording equipment. Now offering Voice Over for a variety of projects from commercial to animation. My voice has been described as edgy, confident, strong, relatable, and witty, and I offers a wide range of accents, character voices, and impersonations.
